This original artwork features fiber from my own farm-raised Suri Alpaca herd. The piece highlights the unique locks that are a trademark of Suri alpaca fleece.
I created this Father Christmas portrait by needle felting natural white fiber with dyed fiber for the hat and accents. The piece is mounted on a black felt fabric background inside a black frame (there is no glass).
The portrait measures 14 x 18". The frame measures 16 x 20".
